Returns All sales are final and non-refundable. Sorry, we do not do returns, exchanges, or refunds for chimney liners or chimney parts. The chimney liner kits cost several hundred dollars to ship. Therefore, we do not accept returns because shipping costs take hundreds if not thousands of dollars to ship. We also custom make each liner. Furthermore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on our liners or parts because we are dealing with products used with fire, so accepting these items would not be safe.
